Cozy reading area for relaxation.
During my stay, I experienced significant issues with the lack of staff presence, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. The check-in process felt cold due to minimal interaction, and my first night entailed a frustrating struggle to access my room due to a problematic key system. Additionally, the noise levels from the street were quite disruptive, which made it hard to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

missingWrote a review on Nov 22excellent locationtea facilityparking confusion
The location is outstanding for marina access and downtown sightseeing, making it easy to explore the heart of the city. The tea available at the entry throughout the day adds a nice touch.
Miscommunication about free parking caused initial confusion, as it turns out there's public parking only a 5-minute walk away. The key system can be cumbersome when you're tired or a bit tipsy, and the rooms lack a refrigerator for storing leftovers. Pillows didn't provide the comfort expected, which affected the sleep experience.

I stayed for 5 nights and really appreciated how the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, even upgrading us to a bigger room without us asking. The cleaning staff kept everything nice and fresh, and I loved the cozy reading area along with the lovely patio. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Igreja do Santo Cristo and Mercado da Graca, both of which were just a short walk away. However, the strong cleaning smell in the bathroom was a bit overwhelming at times.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the marina and several great restaurants. The room was spacious, making it easy to unpack. Loved having extra pillows for added comfort. Towels for hot springs provided in the room was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, parking instructions were unclear initially. Although the staff did help find two free parking lots nearby, it felt a bit chaotic at times. Our room faced the road, leading to noise disturbances from passing cars and rowdy tourists at night, which disrupted our sleep. The lack of staff presence added to a cold atmosphere, making it challenging when needing assistance. The room lacked adequate storage, with no drawers available. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs, but the location really made a difference.

Comfortable Stay with Great Recommendations
I enjoyed my stay, especially the helpful staff who offered excellent restaurant recommendations nearby. The room provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the local sights. Just be aware that the bathroom is on the smaller side, so plan accordingly!

Incredible location right in the city center! The staff was so helpful (even arranging a taxi for us), and the room was exceptionally clean. I loved the fresh apples available every morning!
Couldn’t find a single fault.
